This is what we use when arranging the airline ticket if your vacation requires air travel. If your middle name or initial is included on your passport or REAL ID, it must be included here. Please scan and email or mail a photocopy of your passport or REAL ID you will be using while traveling with The Guided Tour. Beginning in May of 2023 you must have a passport or REAL ID to fly anywhere in the united states. No refunds will be issued for travelers that do not have the correct identification required by the United States government (TSA).
