SUMMER VACATIONS AT THE SEASHORE – ATLANTIC CITY (VENTNOR, NJ)-JUST 8 HOUSES FROM THE BEACH

WE ARE FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED!!!! JUNE 12-SEPTEMBER 2, 2023 (weekly- Monday-Saturday) THE LAST COUPLE SEASONS WERE OUR FIRST SEASONS TO BE FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED. THE AIR-CONDITIONING HAS BEEN GETTING RAVE REVIEWS WITH WONDERFUL FEEDBACK FROM OUR TRAVELERS! The Guided Tour’s Seashore Program has been located in this beautiful home for over 30 years. Recently, we totally renovated the house (new roof, new windows, new siding, new stairs, etc.) and it looks great! During this vacation we will relax on the beach, collect seashells, swim or just put our feet in the ocean, enjoy a picnic, walk the Atlantic city and Ocean City boardwalks, as well as visiting the famous international 125 plus year old landmark – Lucy the Elephant. In addition, we will have some meals at delicious restaurants, tasty bites on the Ocean City and Atlantic City boardwalks, an awesome lunch at Jimmy Buffet’s famous Margaritaville restaurant, and wonderful homecooked meals as well. We will also visit the historic town of Smithville where there are relaxing rides, great shopping and much more. Some other activities in which we participated in past seasons include having a beverage at an outdoor café while listening to a live jazz band, attending a live concert on the beach, and an incredible whale watching cruise. Our travelers who are interested in playing the slots will be accompanied by staff to some of the most impressive casinos and entertainment complexes in the world, right on the boardwalk. Please send in your registration for the week(s) you may want to join us. In the past, travelers attended from all over the United States. Our travelers fly to Philadelphia International Airport, take New Jersey Transit rail to Atlantic City’s modern train terminal, travel by casino bus or drive directly to our beautiful beach house. Whichever way you choose to travel, our dedicated staff will be waiting to greet you at the end of your flight, train ride, bus trip, and of course, at our Shore Program itself. Weeks begin on Mondays and end on Saturdays. Reserve your space with a $500 deposit. There is a $250 additional charge for persons staying from one week to the next. Also, for persons needing to stay past the departure time due to late travel arrangements, there’s an additional charge of $50. THE SEASHORE PROGRAM IS A SMOKE-FREE PROGRAM (FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH). For those travelers wishing to join us from other parts of the United States and Canada, flights will be arranged to arrive the night before the trip. Guided Tour staff will meet travelers as they come off their flights. Please note that neither the airfare nor accommodations the evening before the trip is included in the price of this vacation.
