This “Taste of Summer Kick-Off Weekend” includes all kinds of great summer activities such as a campfire, a dance under the stars, trips off camp such as the ever-popular Indian Museum, bowling and so much more. We will also have traditional camp activities including arts & crafts, sports, nature, etc. The meals are delicious, the staff are wonderful, and the facilities are air-conditioned and carpeted. We’ll meet our travelers in Philadelphia and drive to the Poconos. Travelers from long distances can fly or drive in the night before and we can arrange for Guided Tour staff to meet you at the airport or the airport hotel and stay with you overnight and then meet up with the rest of the staff and travelers the next morning and travel to the Poconos. Travelers may also choose to meet us at Camp Lee Mar, and we are happy to send directions to those persons driving directly to camp. Registration should be accompanied with a deposit of $500 or indication of payment through an agency or alternate funding source. Please be aware that the cost of this trip does not include airfare (if needed,) or the hotel room and staffing the night before the trip officially begins.
