Due to strict government regulations, the name on the plane ticket must match exactly the traveler’s government issued ID, such as a passport or REAL ID, and must be current, not expired. This is what we use when arranging the airline ticket if your vacation requires air travel. If your middle name or initial is included on your passport or REAL ID, it must be included here. Please scan and email or mail a photocopy of your passport or REAL ID you will be using while traveling with The Guided Tour. Beginning in October of 2021 you must have a passport or REAL ID to fly anywhere in the united states. No refunds will be issued for travelers that do not have the correct identification required by the United States government (TSA).
